I started using Outlook 365 Pro Plus on my PC and was able to sync with Icloud through the Icloud Control Panel 3.1. suddenly sync process is not working,
On the Icloud control panel appears that need to configure my contacts, calendars and tasks in Outlook
I have installed/uninstalled the Icloud control panel and problem continues
Does somebody has a solution??? How can I configure in Outlook my contacts, calendar and tasks to sync with Icloud??

Good afternoon everyone.
We have our own domain and three email accounts with our domain name. I view all emails through Outlook 2013 on our PC and on iPads and iPhones. Last weekend, two of these email accounts lost all the emails prior to the 13 May 2014. Meaning, all old emails prior to this date have vanished!!!! The third email account is okay though.
I have contacted out hosting company but they are just not getting back to me (can only email them, no phone number provided).
I does sound like a server issue doesn't it, or could it be my Outlook 2013 has done something strange. I have not made any changes that would have caused it.
Wondering if anyone has experienced a similar thing?

How do I get just one calendar with all appointments to show on both iPhone and MS Outlook Calendar?
Hi. I have been noticing emails being sent are showing "1" then "2" and back to "1" before being cleared from the Outbox and shifting to the Sent folder. The problem started about two (2) weeks ago. Incidentally, only one (1) email is being stored at the Sent folder and only (1) as well is reaching the final recipient. The question is why is the Outbox showing "2" for every single email I send out. For the reference, this is an office email and computer and we are using the Office365. Outlook version on my PC is the latest 2013. Thank you so much for your kind feedbacks and advise.
When I open a new all day event in Office 365 it always comes up with a default reminder of "none".
I thought it was supposed to be 18 hours - which is what I would like.
How can that be changed to default to 18 hours?
An appointment defaults, as expected, to 15 mins, but an all-day event defaults to none.
Any suggestions?

I've a problem on Microsoft outlook 2010 with service pack 2.
Sometime it cannot send out email, the email will stuck at outbox. It only work after you restart the outlook and resend.
I've add the 2 email account into this Outlook profiles and running at Windows 7 professional Operating system.
I also try run the Outlook into safe mode, but it can't solve the problem too.

I am attempting to migrate from Google to Windows. I successfully imported my calendar and contacts into my Outlook.com account, but when I try to use my Outlook 2013 I find nothing! I have tried numerous times removing my account and reinstalling to no avail.
How can I make sure that my Outlook.com and Outlook 2013 talk to eachother??

I was so excited about office 365 and the feature of having my own branded e-mails was the main draw (Ive been hacked too may times with my bt e-mail account) But that enthusiasm is rapidly evaporating.
I'm at the final stage of email configuration with office 365. All illustrated here:

Now my hoster 123 reg says i have to do this:
Change Name servers as microsoft & Contact them to point the domain to 94.136.40.103. Now I have no problem changing name servers but where & who do I contact to point the domain to 94.136.40.103.
So many hurdles :-(

Hi,
After I installed outlook 2013 on my computer I tried to link my outlook.com address to outlook 2013. In the process I messed up the profile (my fault!) and it is coming up with the following message (down below). I have uninstalled outlook and tried to reload it and it loads the profile details (which are incorrect) that I have loaded before. I have tried to go into mail and delete / adjust the profile via the control panel however it does not let me in. Any ideas on how to sort this out?

My boss has recently upgraded to Office 2013. He transferred his PST from 2007, and has access to that calendar. He also has an icloud calendar that he can view (iphone and ipad synch perfectly). He has multiple imap accounts setup on this machine and when he accepts calendar invites, the appointments are saved to that particular imap account's calendar. None of these imap calendars are displayed in calendar view. He can only access them if he views folders and clicks on a particular calendar folder that way. He needs to be able to view all calendars on one screen. I have not been able to find anyone who has this same problem, and as I'm still on 2010, I have not been able to duplicate it either.

It was recommended in the O365 forum that I try asking this here.
I have been asked a number of times how users can change the default font in their Outlook 2013 automatic reply and save the change. We see the change options and are able to change the font for each individual message but they want to have it default as (for example) Times New Roman 12 every time they create a message. Essentially they don't want to have to change it each time they create a new message.

I usually use Outlook 2010 on my main pc (Windows 7) to reed my company email, using an exchange connection.
I purchased a Nokia Lumia 2520 and after the configuration of my account on Outlook 2013 (on Windows 8 RT), my Outlook 2010 has lost conditional formatting.
If I check conditional formatting settings in Outlook 2010, I only see the default settings.
If i check conditional formatting settings in Outlook 2013, I see my personal settings.
Conditional formatting can works simultaneously on Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013?
Or I'm obliged to use only one Outlook version on all my PCs?

We're in the process of migrating from Lotus Notes to Office 365. Our Migration Consultant is telling us that Microsoft can essentially "lock you out" of certain things for running DirSync TOO Often.... Is this true? How often is too often? I see guides for setting the intervals to smaller time periods, but no warnings as how frequently to NOT set that time to.

We currently have 3 computers in our office, 2 of which run windows 8.1 and 1 which runs windows 7. All three computers have outlook 2013 installed on them. All the email settings for our IMAP account are correct on all 3 computers. However if I reply to an email on one computer, sometimes it doesn't mark it as replied to on the others. It doesn't do this all the time but enough that it has become a problem. I have searched online for a solution for months but cannot resolve this problem. Makes working in the office tricky and is very frustrating. Does anyone know a solution to the problem or have any idea why this is happening?? Any questions please let us know also..
